In The Roud: A Folk Song Podcast
A spin-off project from Matt Quinn
Very excited to announce this new podcast from Matt Quinn, who is following up on my work on Sing Yonder by working through the Roud index in podcast form, with help from the great Steve Roud himself, and a host of other folk song researchers and musicians. An introductory episode is up now with interviews with Steve and myself, and the first full episode about Roud 1, The Raggle Taggle Gypsies, will be released on Wednesday.
